9piso Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply throughout:

• "9piso" / "Platform" / "We" / "Our" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 9piso.cam and its affiliated entities responsible for the provision of gaming services to Filipino players.
• "Player" / "User" / "Member" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, browses, or participates in any activity on the 9piso platform.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player to access 9piso's gaming services.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" refers to the funds held in a Player's 9piso account, comprising real-money deposits and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slots, table games, fishing games, bingo, sports betting, and any other gaming products available through the 9piso platform.
• "Bonus" / "Promotion" means any credit, free spin, cashback offer, reload bonus, or other promotional benefit granted to a Player subject to applicable terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process conducted by 9piso to confirm a Player's identity, age, and eligibility in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national authority responsible for regulating and licensing gaming operations in the Philippines.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 9piso, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Be a legal resident or citizen of the Philippines;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 9piso or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such persons;
• Not have been previously self-excluded from 9piso or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that remains in force;
• Not be subject to any legal prohibition from participating in online gaming under applicable Philippine law;
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
• Have the full legal capacity to enter into this binding Agreement under Philippine law.

9piso reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 9piso. Duplicate accounts — meaning multiple accounts registered to the same individual, same device, same IP address, same mobile number, or same payment method — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 9piso reserves the right to close all accounts except the original, void any associated winnings, and forfeit any deposited balances in the duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including their legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and any other information requested by 9piso. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 9piso login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 9piso will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify 9piso support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

9piso reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending completion of KYC verification. Providing fraudulent or altered documents will result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant Philippine authorities.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 9piso are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 9piso accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable minimum/maximum limits:

• GCash e-wallet
• Maya (formerly PayMaya) e-wallet
• BPI Online Banking
• BDO Online Banking
• Metrobank Online Banking
• Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT) — subject to additional terms

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. 9piso does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment service provider (e.g., your GCash or bank account provider) may apply its own transaction fees, for which 9piso bears no responsibility.

9piso does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. All deposited funds must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Deposits identified as originating from third-party payment sources may be reversed at 9piso's discretion.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds (excluding uncleared bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit ("same-source policy"), except where this is technically unavailable, in which case 9piso will request alternative verified account details;
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending KYC completion;
• 9piso targets a withdrawal processing time of under fifteen (15) minutes for standard verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or for withdrawals requiring additional review;
• 9piso reserves the right to impose a maximum single withdrawal amount and to process large withdrawals in staged tranches at its reasonable discretion;
• Withdrawals may be delayed or refused if 9piso has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional benefits offered by 9piso are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must wager (using bonus funds, real funds, or a combination as specified) before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are specified as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount).

6.3 One Bonus Per Account

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, only one (1) bonus may be active in a Player's account at any given time. Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may only be claimed once per verified Player identity.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

9piso reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using low-risk betting strategies solely to clear wagering requirements; participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players; or using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with genuine gaming activity.

6.5 Modification and Cancellation

9piso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Any bonus funds remaining in a Player's account at the time of cancellation will be removed. Real-money funds deposited by the Player are not affected by promotion cancellations.

7 Gameplay & Fair Play

All games offered through 9piso use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available for all games and reflect theoretical long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed outcomes for individual sessions.

9piso is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or malfunctions in third-party game software. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round that produces an erroneous result, 9piso reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the Player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a genuine software error or malfunction are not considered valid and will not be paid.

Players acknowledge that the outcome of all real-money gaming involves inherent risk and that past results do not predict future outcomes. 9piso makes no representations or warranties regarding a Player's likelihood of winning any particular game or achieving any particular financial outcome.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 9piso and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where warranted, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering under a false name, date of birth, or identity;
• Registering or maintaining multiple accounts;
• Allowing any third party to use your account, including family members;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other automated tools to interact with games or the platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain winnings or benefits not intended by the game design;
• Any conduct that 9piso reasonably believes constitutes money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime under Philippine law;
• Using the platform in a manner designed to manipulate the outcome of games in a way not inherent to normal gameplay;
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 9piso staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

9piso is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that while the majority of players engage with our platform for entertainment, some individuals may experience gambling-related difficulties. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 9piso members free of charge and are accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and can only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month, after which gaming access is temporarily suspended until the limit period resets;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic alerts and optional forced logout after a Player-defined session duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent self-exclusion from all 9piso gaming activities. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed during the elected period. Permanent self-exclusion closes the account permanently;
• Reality Check Notifications: Regular on-screen reminders showing session duration and net gaming activity.

9piso does not permit players who have activated a self-exclusion to be re-registered or to have their self-exclusion lifted before the elected period expires, regardless of the reason provided. Any attempt to circumvent an active self-exclusion by registering a new account is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

9piso reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a specified timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• A Player's request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure;
• Technical, legal, or regulatory necessity;
• Discovery that the Player is ineligible to hold an account (e.g., underage, previously self-excluded, resident of an excluded jurisdiction).

Upon account closure for reasons other than confirmed fraud, 9piso will return any verified real-money balance to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus balances that do not meet withdrawal eligibility criteria will be removed.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9piso shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:

• A Player's use of or inability to use the 9piso platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or cessation of the platform's availability;
• Any gaming losses sustained by a Player in the normal course of play;
• Unauthorized access to a Player's account arising from the Player's own failure to secure their credentials;
• Any third-party game software errors or malfunctions;
• Changes to laws or regulations that affect the Player's ability to access or use the platform.

9piso's total liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to 9piso in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, trademarks, logos, and game assets available on the 9piso platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 9piso or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the 9piso platform without 9piso's prior written consent. The "9piso" brand name and logo are protected trademarks. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

9piso collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by 9piso's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is available at 9piso.cam/privacy-policy.

By registering an account on 9piso, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. 9piso will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or for operational necessity.

14 Amendments to These Terms

9piso reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 9piso will provide reasonable notice via email to registered Players or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms & Conditions will specify the effective date.

Your continued use of the 9piso platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure. Continued use after the effective date of any amendment shall be deemed full acceptance of the revised terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or your use of the 9piso platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 9piso support in writing at [email protected]. 9piso will use its best efforts to resolve any complaint within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine courts or applicable regulatory bodies. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its published complaint resolution channels.
